"See how peaceful it is here. The sea is everything."

See how peaceful it is here. The sea is everything. An immense reservoir of nature where I roam at will.... Think of it. On the surface there is hunger and fear. Men still exercise unjust laws. They fight, tear one another to pieces. A mere few feet beneath the waves their reign ceases, their evil drowns. Here on the ocean floor is the only independence. Here I am free.

This is terrible to say, but...if men tearing themselves to shreds is referring to war...you must have war to have peace. and, while you are free from thinks such as the feeling of gravity, for instance, under the waves, the reign of evil can pluck you out of the sea anytime they feel like it. You could be tomorrow's fresh catch of the day, or you could stay forever in your gold fish bowl believing the rules of the univers do not apply to you...it doesn't matter where you go or who you are...there are still limitations that you must abide in with your freedom.
