I've just gotten an email from Shawn Kashou, head of Oceangram.com and the site's creator. He says:
We have finally contracted with a new hosting company that will offer us dedicated servers and support to handle the website. We will have it up as soon as we can. I suspect the process will take up to 12 hours before the site is running again.
